Welcome to SchoolUp by Tesseract Dynamics, a product of Tesseract Dynamics. By accessing or using our school operations platform and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SchoolUp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using SchoolUp on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SchoolUp provides school management software designed to help schools manage academic workflows, student records, administrative tasks, and related operations. SchoolUp is fully operable on desktop and mobile devices. SchoolUp also offers Digital Labs solutions to support modern learning environments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account and Use

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that your use of SchoolUp complies with applicable laws and your school's policies

You must not use SchoolUp to transmit harmful, unlawful, or prohibited content, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into SchoolUp. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Schools are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and consents to upload student and staff data, and for compliance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property

SchoolUp, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Tesseract Dynamics and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SchoolUp is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tesseract Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tesseract Dynamics harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of SchoolUp, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SchoolUp if you breach these Terms or for other reasonable cause. You may terminate your use at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. We will retain and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of SchoolUp after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
